Happy birthday mummy!!!

Mummy b'day ah today... hehez...
So bake a cake for herr...
This time the cake successful!!!
Coz the 'sponge cake' enuf sponge... wakaka... (wad am i saying) lolx...

I named my cake - Fruits petina sponge cake...

Here it goes...

I rewrap the papan with aluminium foil...

After the cake done from the oven, i tear off the 'chocolate part' from the cake using spoon... Then cut the cake into half...

Becoz i wan put fruits in between them...

then, beat the fresh cream till it is 'soft-hard'... =__=''

Then, chop the tin 'longgan' + 'peach in small cubes...

Cut few peach into 'moon' shape as the decoration...

N the kiwi as deco too... =)

The fruit is not enuf... so next tym gt to buy 2 tins of peach... =/

Ready to be 'painted' with fresh cream... Eheheks....

I jz 'paint' a thin layer of fresh cream... coz my family dun like that too much... =) especially mu sister... But my brother like it... So, wad m i goin to do... Hmm...

Jiang jiang~~!!! on top of the cake is strawberry jam... actually i wanted to put blueberry jam... but...... Bought the wrong 1... =(

This time the appearance not nice... Coz of the problem of the fresh cream... I still duno wad is the problem to the fresh cream whish make it like that... =(

But.... mummy happy marr... Hehez...
Brought some cake for my classmates to try out...
they say nice n no nid improvement...
All liars narr... haha...

Next week's aim - oreo cheese cake...
I tried the night b4 i bake the sponge cake together with my sis...
due to certain budget reason, the cake is short coz i cut off the ingredient amount... hehe... coz it's jz testing... But i forgot to cut of the amount of sour cream... so it taste a bit too sour... hehez...
Other than that, it's ok...

Hmm... will continue with the celebration with mum again tomoro... Eheheks... bb...
