without caffeine, i sleep > 8 hours a day... =.=
i sleep to much le larr!!! shall cut to 5-6hours...

went for a free trial yoga lesson at Maha Yoga (Jalan Song)..
planned to take up yoga lessons starting next month...
hoho...
why???
1. cut fats *paisehh*
2. cut sleeping time (go for morning 7 am lesson)
3. good for health
